MY SACRED RITUAL
(practised before each creation)
–
The sacred ritual is a very important process in the creation
of a therapeutic work of art.. When I start a new piece,
my intention is not to create art for the pleasure of creating art but to incapsulate a piece for the inward journey of helping others in the healing process.
As an artist-therapist, my desire to paint is motivated primarily by the desire to create art that accompanies every viewer in their own self-healing and evolution.

As an artist-therapist, my desire to paint is motivated primarily by the desire to create art that accompanies every viewer in their own self-healing and evolution.
To give birth to intuitive paintings for such a mission, I have created
a small ritual that I practice before each creation
and that I want to share with you.
This ritual is inspired by the teachings I received during my multiple stays in the Sivananda Yoga Ashrams in India, Vietnam and France.

The secret?
Do not want anything, do not wait and leave with a lot of humility my soul guides the dance on the white canvas.
